Voyce Pullin was established in 2002 by Chris Voyce and Jon Pullin who had worked in the auctioneering and surveying profession in Gloucestershire for a number of years. They wanted to create an approachable, knowledgeable team with individual specialisms to serve the rural community.
We offer a diverse range of quality services to private individuals, partnerships, organisations and companies. These include property sale, professional services, livestock marketing and dispersal sales. In 2005, we showed commitment to our farming clients in Gloucestershire by establishing a new livestock market at Cirencester.
In whatever we do, whether it be conducting a dispersal sale, selling a cottage or carrying out a valuation, we strive to provide a professional, friendly service, employing our experience and local knowledge to help our clients.

Chris was born into a Gloucestershire farming family and sold his first lots at Gloucester Market in August 1992. He also sold livestock at Cirencester, Andoversford & Hereford Markets before forming Voyce Pullin in 2002.
A specialist auctioneer of all categories of cattle and sheep, since starting his career he has sold in excess of two & half million sheep. Chris is also a Fellow of the Livestock Auctioneers Association. Chris’s selling experience ranges throughout all categories of Livestock, Machinery & Commercial Assets.

Jon Pullin
Director, Rural Surveyor & Auctioneer
BSc (Hons) MRICS FAAV RICS Registered Valuer
Son of a former England Rugby Captain and farmer, Jon was born and bred on the family farm in South Gloucestershire. Jon is a qualified Chartered Surveyor and Agricultural Valuer and has worked in Gloucestershire and surrounding counties for over 27 years. He specialises in the sales of Pedigree and Commercial livestock, Machinery and Chattels and valuations for all purposes. Jon gets involved in a large number of valuation matters for probate, estate planning and dispute resolution. As an expert in a wide number of valuations for family and business disputes, particularly for livestock and machinery, he often works as an independent expert under the instruction of the Courts.
Jon’s only claim to fame on the rugby pitch is that he has played more games and scored more points than his dad ever did, but after that he comes a poor second.

Tom Pullin
Rural Surveyor
BSc (Hons) MRICS FAAV RICS Registered Valuer
Tom was born and bred on the family farm in South Gloucestershire. He is a keen sportsman, still playing cricket locally with a strong interest in following local rugby since his retirement. Tom is a qualified member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and Central Association of Agricultural Valuers. Tom has over 17 years of experience working in Gloucestershire and the surrounding areas. His areas of expertise include Property Sales, Valuations, Agricultural Tenancies, Grants and Environmental Schemes, Development, option and promotion agreements, Estate and Asset Management, Compensation, Rural and Agricultural Planning Diversification Projects.

Callum Clements
Market Manager & Rural Surveyor

Callum was born and bred in Gloucestershire and following his degree at Harper Adams University joined the team in 2019. During his time with Voyce Pullin Callum has achieved his RICS and CAAV professional qualifications and is a RICS Registered Valuer. On a daily basis Callum deals with the day to day running of Cirencester Livestock Market, along with organising live and online machinery sales. Callum also assists with a a wide range of professional matters including; Valuations, Compensation Claims, Property Sales, Stewardship Applications and Planning.

Richard Barrow

Richard is a local farmer and livestock hauliers son who has gained a tremendous amount of practical knowledge working locally in Agriculture. Richard has worked extensively with livestock, with a specialist interest in poultry. Richard assists with all aspects of the Cirencester Market site including livestock, machinery and our Commercial Auction programme which includes the sale of Vehicles, Stocks, Plant, Machinery and Chattels.

Anthony Pritchard

A former General Manager and Director/Company Secretary of Gloucester Market Auctioneers, with over 45 years experience of working within the rural community of Gloucestershire, Anthony is well known within the farming industry. He is a Chartered Secretary and Administrator, with a wide range of expertise in financial and administration matters, in particular he has a detailed knowledge of the auctioneering process. Outside of work Anthony is a keen sportsman and plays hockey, enjoys cycling, walking and photography.
